Conference registration fees

ACOMEN2017 (18-22 September) delegates can register only on-line via this website.

Registered delegates will have access to the following services and events:

access to all plenary lectures, mini-symposia and poster session
after approval: publication of extended abstract
after selection: invitation to publish a paper in the conference proceedings (WoS indexed)
username and password for WiFi connection through personal computers or on-site internet access points
coffee breaks with sweets between sessions
admission to ACOMEN2017 social events:

welcome reception (on Monday evening)
conference dinner (on Wednesday evening, not included in basic student fee)
cultural excursion (on Friday: Boat trip (starting in Temse, organised by Rivertours) along the renewed Antwerp quays, the MAS and the impressive new Havenhuis, Doel, Lillo and the container ports. The tour is guided by an English guide. We leave at the congress center Het Pand around 8:30 and expect to be back in Ghent around 19:30. Lunch is included)

The deadline for registration and payment of the conference fee is August 7, 2017.
